实行教师聘任制是教育系统一 项重大的人事制度改革,对优化教 师队伍,调动教师积极性,促进人才 合理流动,增强学校办学活力,提高 办学效益有着积极作用。然而笔者 在对农村学校推行教师聘任制的情 况调查后发现,由于在推行聘任制 的过程中存在着一些不足,影响了 实施教师聘任制的效果。 第一,将学生的考试成绩作为 考评教师工作实绩的最主要依据。 学校实行教师聘任制的基础性环节
