目的:对痴呆病人家庭照顾负担以及影响因素进行探究。方法:通过多点横断面进行设计研究,通过照顾着问卷、一般资料量表、社区所提供的资料测评了152例社区痴呆病人的家庭照顾者状况,对其中的影响因素进行了分析。结果:这些家庭照顾者在照顾痴呆病人时,每周会花掉127.60小时,一半以上的照顾着由于期间所承受的经济和精神负担。通过实践调查得知,痴呆病人是否与照顾者同居、分担照顾任务的人数、照顾着健康指数以及痴呆者的病情严重程度等
Objective: To explore the burden of family care and its influencing factors in patients with dementia. Methods: Through multi-point cross-sectional design and research, the status of family caregivers in 152 community-based dementia patients was evaluated and the influencing factors were analyzed by taking care of the questionnaires, general information scales and information provided by the community. Results: These home caregivers spent 127.60 hours per week taking care of people with dementia, and more than half took care of the financial and psychological burdens incurred during the period. Through practice surveys, we know whether people with dementia live together with caregivers, share the number of care tasks, take care of the health index and the severity of dementia, etc.
