莱州市金属回收公司是一个仅有58名干部、职工的小企业。公司成立仅4年,却换了三任经理,到1991年底,累计亏损50.5万元。1992年1~3月份亏损11万元。面对这种状况,莱州市物资局果断地对公司领导班子进行了调整。调整后的领导班子,带领广大职工团结拼搏,一举扭亏为盈。到1992年12月底,9个月实现利润80万元。亏损企业不仅冲出了浅滩,而且扬帆远航了。
Laizhou Metal Recycling Co., Ltd. is a small company with only 58 cadres and employees. The company was established only four years ago, but it has changed for three managers.
