党的十八届三中全会提出,必须切实转变政府职能,深化行政体制改革,创新行政管理方式,增强政府公信力和执行力,建设法治政府和服务型政府。近年来,张浦镇作为全国25个经济发达镇行政管理体制改革试点镇之一,紧扣全面深化改革主线,围绕“法治建设先导区”总目标,坚持以法治理念保障改革深化,同时以改革深化为法治政府建设注入活力。张浦镇先后获得第七届“中国地方政府创新奖”以及“苏州市法治建设先进镇”、“苏州市依法行政示范单位”的荣誉称号。

Zhang Puzhen has won the seventh “China Local Government Innovation Award” and “Suzhou City, the rule of law to build advanced town”, “Suzhou City, according to the law of administrative demonstration unit,” the honorary title.
