常见的妇科内分泌失调疾病表现在月经方面的有闭经或月经失调,由此导致原发不孕。1935年Stein 与 Leventhal首先发现一组病征,患者月经失调、稀少或闭经,伴有多毛,肥胖与不孕,双侧卵巢明显增大,包膜增厚,包膜下有多个囊泡形成。以后称之谓 S-L 综合征。可是有些病例不一定具备典型症状,但卵巢却有类似的多囊性变的组织学改变,因此,统称为多囊卵巢综合征。
Common gynecological endocrine disorders manifested in menstrual aspects of menopause or menstrual disorders, leading to primary infertility. 1935 Stein and Leventhal first found a group of symptoms, patients with menstrual disorders, sparse or amenorrhea, accompanied by hirsutism, obesity and infertility, bilateral ovarian significantly increased, thickening of the capsule, enveloped the formation of multiple vesicles. Later called S-L syndrome. However, some cases do not necessarily have the typical symptoms, but the ovary has a similar polycystic change of histological changes, therefore, collectively referred to as polycystic ovary syndrome.
