目的:了解某警通连春季强化训练中战士膳食营养状况。方法:采用5 日膳食称量法、生活观察法进行营养调查,并随机抽取20 名战士进行身高、体重、皮褶厚度、暗适应时间测量。结果:膳食结构基本合理,主要营养素摄入量基本符合营养素供应量标准,动物性蛋白质、豆类及其制品所占膳食比重较小,为26 .14 % ,动物性脂肪占比重较大,为53 .00 % ,Ca 、P、Fe 主要来源于植物性食物,热能摄入量小于热能消耗量,体重较轻2 人,轻度肌肉消瘦2 人,维生素A 营养水平正常。结论:春季部队强化训练期间,应注意改善伙食,调整营养素供给量
OBJECTIVE: To understand the dietary nutritional status of warrior soldiers in a police cohort during spring intensive training. Methods: The 5-day diet weighing method and life observation method were used for nutritional investigation. Twenty soldiers were randomly selected for height, weight, skinfold thickness and dark adaptation time measurement. Results: The dietary structure was basically reasonable. The intake of major nutrients was basically in line with the nutrient supply standard. The proportion of animal protein, beans and their products in the diet was small. 14%, animal fat accounted for a larger proportion of 53. 00%, Ca, P, Fe are mainly derived from plant foods, caloric intake is less than the heat consumption, weight 2 people, 2 people with mild muscle wasting, vitamin A nutrition level is normal. Conclusions: During the intensive training of the spring forces, attention should be paid to improving meals and adjusting nutrient supply
