为提高造船门机设计水平及效率,提出造船门式起重机集快速定制与样机评价于一体的设计系统。该系统基于造船门机设计知识,采用模块化、参数化设计技术,实现快速变型设计;基于虚拟样机技术,对造船门机数字样机进行运动学和动力学仿真分析等,实现样机评价,并及时反馈信息指导设计优化。实例结果表明该系统可以很好地满足造船门机的快速定制及优化设计要求。
In order to improve the design level and efficiency of ship door opener, a design system integrating the rapid customization and prototype evaluation of shipbuilding gantry crane is put forward. Based on the design knowledge of ship-building door machine, this system realizes the rapid deformation design based on the modular and parametric design technology.
