First, the basic situation A Beijing apartment project, a multi-layer prefabricated integrated reinforced concrete frame structure. The joint between the beam and column joints and the floor slab (the upper part of the superposed beam) are anchored with cast-in-place concrete. The force transmission is not by welding, but by this part of concrete. The structure is shown in Figure 1. Therefore, the cast-in-situ concrete of a beam-column joint is a key part that affects the quality of the structure. Since this project is to be constructed during the winter season, the method of conserving concrete becomes an issue that must be resolved.
