作者为了找出比較标准的散剂調配方法,对于能影响散剂調配的一些因素如(1)混合研磨次数,(2)混合顺序,(3)乳钵、乳棒的形狀与大小,(4)药剂的量,(5)药品的比重,(6)药品的干湿度等,进行了系统研究。进行这些观察研究时所用的混合方法是:用左手把乳鉢固定在調剂台上,右手拿乳棒,使棒与鉢底面垂直。研磨先由中心开始,向右旋,逐步扩至外侧,然后再由外側左旋至中心,在不使药品飞散的条件下用較大的力研混,並且先將剂量大的药品加进鉢內,然后加入剂量小的药品。
