对26例梅尼埃病患者及17例健康者服用甘油前后,行678Hz、1000Hz探测音及以患耳共振频率作为探测音之最大声导纳(Y)、声导(G)、声纳(B)值测试及226Hz、678Hz探测音之声反射阈值以及纯音听阈测定,结果发现服用甘油后3小时与服用前之共振频率及678Hz探测音的Y、G、B差值之异常率较大,678Hz探测音之声反射阈异常率也较大。表明口服甘油观测患者及声反射阈的改变可作为梅尼埃病之客观诊断方法。并就Y、G、B变化之机理进行讨论。

This suggests that changes in oral glycerol and acoustic reflex threshold may serve as objective measures of Meniere’s disease. And discuss the mechanism of Y, G, B changes.
