通过对拉式膜片弹簧载荷 -变形特性和应力 -变形特性的综合分析 ,考虑各种约束条件 ,提出了一种新的多目标优化设计数学模型 ,该模型可以使摩擦片磨损前后离合器后备系数和离合器分离力的变化较小。模型的求解采用多目标优化设计的理想点法。设计实例表明 ,模型建立合理 ,具有实用意义。
By comprehensive analysis of the load-deformation characteristics and stress-deformation characteristics of the pull-diaphragm spring, considering various constraints, a new mathematical model of multi-objective optimization design is proposed, which can make the clutch back-up coefficient And the clutch separation force changes less. The model is solved by the ideal point method of multi-objective optimization design. The design example shows that the model is reasonable and practical.
