Foreword Guanlan International Print Biennale was jointly sponsored by China Artists Association, Shenzhen Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Longhua New District Management Committee and Bao’an District People’s Government. It has now reached the fifth session since the first Biennale in 2007. Biennale continued and successfully held for the Mission Hills original printing industry base for the construction and development laid a solid academic foundation, Guanlan in the lithographic world’s international influence is also growing. In 2014, the construction of the China Print Museum, an important part of the overall planning and construction of the Guanlan Print Base, has been completed. The museum has world-class exhibition venues and supporting facilities and adopts international management methods.
