近来,我们就上海工业系统19个经济自立的研究所的现状采取走访座谈等方式进行了调查。在调查中发现这些所在改革试点中碰到不少问题,下面想就此谈些个人看法。
Recently, we conducted a survey on the status quo of 19 economically independent research institutes in Shanghai’s industrial system through visits and discussions. In the survey found that many of these reform pilot encountered many problems, here to talk about some personal views.
