血管内皮生长因子具有促进血管内皮细胞分裂的功能,可促进血管内皮细胞的增殖和血管生成,还可增加血管的通透性,在血管的增殖和新生方面有重要作用的心脏促血管内皮生长因子(VEGF,VEGFmRNA)是组织形成因子中极其重要的一种。认识不同形式和强度的运动训练对心肌VEGF不同的影响,为合理安排运动训练提供一定的理论依据。
