目的】研究白内障超声乳化摘除联合折叠式人工晶体植入术前术后的双眼视力及其相关因素。【方法】对1997年9月～12月在本院行白内障超声乳化摘除联合折叠式人工晶体植入术的46位老年性白内障患者,进行远、近距离双眼视力测定并进行术前及术后早期自身对照分析,并测定患者术后的双眼影像不等的情况。采用多因素分析的方法探讨了各种有关因素,如视力恢复情况、双眼视力差异、影像不等、年龄等对术后双眼视觉恢复的影响。【结果】①术后早期双眼视觉比术前有极显著提高。②术后早期视力、双眼视力差异对术后双眼视觉的影响较大,其次为影像不等值,年龄影响最小。③术后早期单眼视力≥06组的立体视功能较<06组为佳。术后早期双眼视力相近者(双眼视力相差≤3行)的立体视功能比双眼视力相差较大者(双眼视力相差>3行)好。【结论】术后视力情况、双眼视力差异对双眼视觉恢复影响最大,患者术后视力越好,双眼视力相差越小,双眼视恢复也越好。
Objective To study binocular visual acuity and related factors after phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation. 【Methods】 Forty-six patients with senile cataract who underwent phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from September 1997 to December 1997 were included in this study. The visual acuity of both eyes was measured before and after operation Early self-control analysis, and determination of patients after the binocular images ranging from the situation. Using multivariate analysis to explore a variety of factors, such as visual acuity, binocular vision differences, image range, age and other postoperative binocular visual recovery. 【Results】 ① Postoperative early binocular vision than the preoperative significantly increased. ② Early postoperative visual acuity, binocular vision differences on postoperative binocular vision greater impact, followed by the image is not equivalent, the smallest impact on age. ③ postoperative early monocular visual acuity≥06 group stereopsis better than <06 group. Early postoperative binocular vision similar (binocular visual acuity ≤ 3 lines) stereopsis than binocular visual acuity greater (binocular vision difference> 3 lines) good. 【Conclusion】 The postoperative visual acuity and binocular visual acuity difference have the greatest impact on the binocular visual recovery. The better postoperative visual acuity, the smaller the binocular visual acuity, the better binocular visual acuity.
