随着社会经济的发展,电力施工企业也得到了十分广大的发展空间。目前在电力施工企业的管理方面还存在着一些不足,尤其是成本管理方面。电力施工企业的成本管理好坏主要取决于工程项目全面预算管理的效果,因此企业具体工程项目的成本管理工作,显得十分重要。电力施工企业要不断完善工程项目管理方式,树立现代管理理念,细化预算项目,提升工程成本管理工作。
With the social and economic development, electric power construction enterprises have also got a very large space for development. At present, there are still some deficiencies in the management of power construction enterprises, especially in cost management. The cost management of electric power construction enterprises depends on the effect of overall budget management of the project. Therefore, it is very important for the cost management of specific project of the enterprise.
