70年代,国内学者曾提出COPT使用的日本血吸虫冻干卵抗原应以重感染兔血清检测,环沉率大于30%才具有实用价值,此规定一直沿用至今。至于达到此标准的干卵存在的差异及对COPT结果的影响,至今尚未见更深入的研究报告。我们在近期进行COPT抗原标准化的研究中,从质量控制的角度,对“达标干卵”的质量差异及其对COPT结果的影响进行了实验观察,并对COPT抗原的质量控制提出我们的观点。
In the 1970s, domestic scholars have proposed that the freeze-dried egg antigen of Schistosoma japonicum used by COPT should be detected by heavy-staining rabbit serum, and the ring-deposition rate is more than 30%, which is of practical value. As for the differences in the presence of dry eggs and the impact on the outcome of COPT, no more in-depth studies have been reported so far. In the recent studies on the standardization of COPT antigen, we conducted an experimental observation on the quality difference of “standard dry egg” and its effect on COPT from the quality control point of view, and put forward our opinion on the quality control of COPT antigen.
