品种纯度形态测定最基本的方法可分为籽粒形态测定、幼苗形态测定和植株形态测定。现结合工作实际,介绍两种在品种纯度测定中较为简单、实用的方法。1籽粒形态测定随机从送验样品中数取400粒种子,4次重复,每次重复100粒种子,并参照具有一个可供比较的、可靠的标准样品种子和亲本自交系种子,依据下列特征逐粒进行鉴定分析。
