Since the reform and open, the rapid development is gained in the middle and small enterprise of our country,and has become the important physical strength putting up of national economy development. Particularly at present entering the stage of storming fortifications in reforming the enterprise of belonging to the nation time, the protruding society problem is millions of staffs and workers of the enterprise belonging to the nation go off sentry duty, creates to obtain employment difficult and other society contradiction. Developing the middle and small enterprise can raise the obtaining employment chance by a wide margin. At the same time it has very important effect that can keeping the economic vigour, raising the economic performance, promoting create and invent.As a result of the construction of 50 years,the economy of Yan Bian area has got the earth haking change. But it is still very big that the coastal district that with the inland is open in the overall is compared the gap, and other district with JiLin is compared, and original superiority is also in the gradually disappearance. Owing to the fact that the high opinion to the middle and small enterprise is inadequate, the healthily development can not gone on in the middle and small enterprise and restricts the development of total capacity of economy.This thesis is attempted to reach several enlightenments to push on the middle and small enterprise of our state to go on developing, by way of studying the middle and small enterprise characteristic, and combines to the real circumstances of Yan Bian area.
