为了积极运用价格杠杆促进西部大开发,近期,国家计委提出了以下价格政策意见:一、整顿价格秩序,规范价格行为,努力为西部大开发创造良好的市场环境制定与《价格法》相配套的法规,规范政府的收费行为和企业的价格行为。打击各种价格欺诈、价格歧视行为,维护公平竞争。制止低价倾销和价格垄断行为或以价格自律、联营等为名,联手限价、分割市场等影响价格公平竞争的行为。清理国家机关及其所属事业单位的收费,取消不合理的收费项目,降低过高的收费标准,取缔非法收费,降低进入西部市场成本,提高西部地区的竞争力。
