纤维胃镜及病理学检查使我们对十二指肠溃疡与胃粘膜病变能进行深入观察,五肽胃泌素胃液分析同时也使我们对其与胃酸分泌的关系理解更加全面。本文就我院1982～1985年10月以来胃镜诊断十二指肠溃疡733例胃内背景病变及泌酸功能结果予以分析报告。
Fiber endoscopy and pathological examination led us to observe duodenal ulcer and gastric mucosal lesions in depth, while pentagastrin gastric juice analysis also made us more comprehensive understanding of its relationship with gastric acid secretion. This article from 1982 to 1985 in our hospital since August gastroscopy diagnosis of duodenal ulcer in 733 cases of gastric lesions and acid secretion results to be analyzed.
