零件冲压成形后其材料参数和几何尺寸会发生变化,这些参数的变化会直接影响碰撞仿真精度。以帽型梁为研究对象,将冲压效应中的厚度减薄、残余应力和等效塑性应变映射到碰撞分析模型中,研究了上述因素及回弹变形对碰撞分析的影响。结果表明:厚度减薄和等效塑性应变对峰值碰撞力和结构变形影响较大,残余应力和厚度减薄对结构吸能影响较大;回弹变形会导致峰值碰撞力和吸能都减小,冲压效应导致峰值碰撞力减小,吸能增大;同时考虑冲压效应和回弹变形与理想模型相比较,峰值碰撞力和吸能两者都相差10%以上。
After the parts are formed by stamping, the material parameters and geometrical dimensions will change. The changes of these parameters will directly affect the collision simulation accuracy. Taking the cap beam as the research object, the thickness of the stamping effect is reduced and the residual stress and equivalent plastic strain are mapped into the collision analysis model. The impact of the above factors and the springback on the impact analysis are studied. The results show that the thickness reduction and the equivalent plastic strain have a great influence on the peak impact force and the structural deformation. The residual stress and the thickness decrease have a great influence on the energy absorption of the structure. Rebound deformation leads to the decrease of both the peak impact force and the energy absorption , The stamping effect leads to the decrease of the peak impact force and the increase of the energy absorption. Meanwhile, considering both the stamping effect and the springback deformation, the peak impact force and energy absorption differ by more than 10% from the ideal model.
