我矿于1987年4月研制了两套运输皮带纠偏器。经1年多的试用,纠偏效果好,不损坏运输皮带,消除了原矿计量电子皮带秤因皮带跑偏造成的计量误差。其结构见图。卡盘像一只木质线团芯,上部装入滚动轴承,使之灵活转动不致于卡死;轴承上部加密封保护盖,防止泥水渗入造成锈蚀。卡盘的槽子呈U形,深度a为皮带宽度的1/10,U槽底宽b为皮带厚度的1.5倍,U槽夹角为25°。这样,保证运输皮带边容易导入卡槽有活动余地且不卷折损坏皮带。
