本文就初始技术规格至器件制成的整个过程,叙述了用于便携式电话机天线共用器的低损耗SAW滤波器.为降低漏电和导电损耗,采用了一种横向重复的新型低损耗滤波器结构.制成了一种损耗极低(600MHz时损耗仅 1.2—2.0dB)的滤波器.为实现接收机和发射机滤波器的低损耗并联连接,要求共用器阻带有电抗性.本文表明,以前报导过的新式相位加权不但能提供低损耗频率响应,而且能提供电抗性.本文还介绍了在800MHz时,将用新型SAW滤波器作发射机滤波器,用半刚性同轴滤波器作接收机滤波器的两种滤波器并联连接的实验结果.
This paper describes the low-loss SAW filter used in the antenna duplexer of portable telephone in the whole process from initial specification to device fabrication. In order to reduce the leakage and conduction loss, a laterally repeated new low-loss filter structure .An extremely low loss (600MHz, loss of only 1.2-2.0dB) filter is made. In order to achieve low loss parallel connection of the receiver and the transmitter filter, the commoner blocking resistance is required.This paper shows that, The new phase weighting previously reported not only provides low-loss frequency response but also provides reactance.This paper also describes the use of a new SAW filter as a transmitter filter and a semi-rigid in-line filter for reception at 800 MHz Experimental Results of Parallel Connection of Two Filters of Machine Filter.
