目的分析生长抑素针治疗消化道出血的疗效。方法 42例消化道出血患者,随机分为止血A、B两组,各21例。止血A组患者以质子泵抑制剂常规治疗,止血B组患者以质子泵抑制剂+生长抑素针治疗。对比两组的疗效、副作用、止血时间;血压、心率、血红蛋白治疗前后差值的差异。结果止血B组临床疗效明显高于止血A组(P<0.05)。止血B组患者止血时间、血压、心率、血红蛋白治疗前后差值均明显优于止血A组(P<0.05)。两组副作用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生长抑素针治疗消化道出血疗效确切,可快速止血,改善患者临床症状,稳定血压、心率,提高血红蛋白,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of somatostatin in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 42 cases of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into hemostasis A, B two groups, each 21 cases. A group of patients with hemostasis to proton pump inhibitor routine treatment, hemostasis B group of patients with proton pump inhibitor + somatostatin treatment. The curative effect, side effect and hemostasis time of the two groups were compared. The differences of blood pressure, heart rate and hemoglobin before and after treatment were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of hemostatic group B was significantly higher than that of hemostasis group A (P <0.05). The hemostatic time, blood pressure, heart rate, hemoglobin difference before and after treatment in group B were better than group A (P <0.05). No significant difference in side effects between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Somatostatin acupuncture treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding exact effect, rapid hemostasis, improve clinical symptoms, stable blood pressure, heart rate, improve hemoglobin, it is worth promoting.
