三元复合驱做为提高大庆油田采收率的重要措施之一,在为油田增加油田产量的同时,也暴露出举升系统结垢严重的重要问题,这些问题导致机采井检泵周期短、生产时率低、操作成本高。针对此问题,我们研制了三元机采井工况参数实时监测系统,该系统主要功能包括单井功图巡检、功图对比分析、单井电流叠加分析、功率叠加分析、悬点载荷分析、油井生产动态、油井故障判断等。通过实时监测系统可以准确地跟踪监测机采井的载荷、扭矩、电流、功率的变化规律,从而有效地对三元见垢井进行全程跟踪监测,及时准确的确定为机采井上措施时机,实现对三元井生产的实时管理和生产状态分析,避免了因停机卡泵引起的作业。
ASP flooding is one of the most important measures to improve oil recovery in Daqing Oilfield. While increasing oilfield production, it also reveals important problems of serious scaling in lifting system. These problems lead to short recovery period , Low production rate, high operating costs. In response to this problem, we developed a real-time monitoring system for the working condition parameters of the ternary machine. The main functions of the system include single-well test, comparative analysis of work charts, single-well current superposition analysis, power superposition analysis and hanging point load analysis , Well production dynamics, oil well fault judgment. The real-time monitoring system can accurately track the variation of load, torque, current and power in the well of the monitoring machine to effectively track and monitor the terrestrial scale wells in a timely and accurate manner, Sanyuan well-produced real-time management and production status analysis, to avoid the pump caused by the shutdown card homework.
