代家冲金矿是一座采选能力50t/d小型炭浆厂,1988年10月建成投产,并一次性试车成功。两年来生产实践证明,对该矿铁帽型含金矿石采用炭浆提金工艺是可行的,选用自磨机代替破碎、筛分作业流程也是合理的,但浸出率较低,经改进后收到一定效果,接近设计指标。 一、矿石性质 该矿石为淋滤富集铁帽型金矿,主要金属矿物为自然金、银金矿、褐铁矿,次为赤铁矿、针铁矿、黄铁矿及铜的硫化物;脉石矿物主要有石英、玉髓、粘土类矿物等。金粒度极细存在于褐铁矿之中。
