对62例耳鸣病人进行耳鸣响度匹配和自我感觉间关系的研究。测量项目为耳鸣频率和该频率听阈,宽带噪声听阈及掩蔽阈。29例还测量了1 KHz耳鸣响度匹配,1 KHz最适响度级(MCL L),MC L L之1/2和2倍响度级。据此算出耳鸣频率之响度匹配dB值(HL及S L), 1 KHz耳鸣响度匹配dB值(HL及SL),1 KHz耳鸣响度P LU〔个体响度单位(personal loudness unit)〕值P L U值系按三个方式计算,即以个体对0.5和1 MC L L间、0.5和2MCLL间及1和2MCLL间的响度关系来计算。病人对耳鸣的自我感觉响度级按五种方法统计。(1)“温度计级”:0表示无耳鸣,100表示响度如近处风钻声。(2)形容词级:分极强、强、中等、弱和极弱五级。(3)形象类比级
Study on relationship between tinnitus loudness matching and self-perception in 62 patients with tinnitus.
