1997年9月28日,国家散办在北京召开部分省、市散办负责人座谈会,国家散办和财政部有关负责同志,就制定征收散装水泥专项资金管理暂行规定问题听取代表的意见。会议由国家散办副主任丁建一同志主持,国家散办副主任刘松椒、副处长毕俊生、博石平、财政部程卫。各省市散办的朱国民、金星、邱书华、薛继流、孙万明、王祯祥、郭德君、胡大平、蒋尔忠、闫振铎等同志参加了会议。
On September 28, 1997, the state held a series of forums in charge of people in charge in some provinces and municipalities in Beijing. The State Council and relevant responsible comrades of the Ministry of Finance listened to representatives’ opinions on formulating the Interim Provisions on Special Fund for the Collection of Bulk Cement. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Ding Jianyi, the deputy director of the State Council, and Liu Jujuan, deputy director of the State Council, Bi Junsheng, deputy director of the State Council, Boshi Ping and Cheng Wei of the Ministry of Finance. Comrades Zhu Guomin, Venus, Qiu Shuhua, Xue Jiliu, Sun Wanming, Wang Zhenxiang, Guo Dejun, Hu Daping, Jiang Erzhong and Yan Zhenduo scattered in various provinces and cities attended the conference.
