研究了若干合金元素对碳钢在盐酸介质中的耐蚀性能的影响,发现Mo,Sb,Cu等合金元素是有益的。以适量Mo,Sb,Cu为合金元素的10MoSbCu声频炉或电炉钢,机械性能与20号碳钢相近,而耐盐酸腐蚀性能与20号碳钢、1 Cr18Ni9Ti钢相比,则显著提高。在5~30%HCl浓度,不同温度下,可提高数倍至十几倍。在室温20℃以下,浓度为2~10%时,10MoSbCu钢年腐蚀率≤0.5mm/a。极化曲线测定表明,耐蚀性的提高在于阳极和阴极反应都强烈地受到阻碍,从而使腐蚀电流大大降低。
The effect of some alloying elements on the corrosion resistance of carbon steel in hydrochloric acid was studied. Alloying elements such as Mo, Sb and Cu were found to be beneficial. The mechanical properties of 10MoSbCu or EAF with Mo, Sb and Cu as alloying elements are similar to that of 20Cr steel, while the resistance to hydrochloric acid corrosion is significantly higher than that of 20Cr and 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel. In 5 ~ 30% HCl concentration, different temperatures, can be increased several times to ten times. At room temperature below 20 ℃, the concentration of 2 ~ 10%, 10MoSbCu steel corrosion rate ≤ 0.5mm / a. Polarization curve measurements show that the corrosion resistance is enhanced by the fact that the anode and cathode reactions are strongly hindered and the corrosion current is greatly reduced.
