青春期是妇女一生中比较重要的时期,一般指十三岁至十八岁之间的少女。在这时期,女孩子的身体及生殖器官发育极快,到十八岁后,便进入性成熟期,即成人期了。当女儿十岁以后,妈妈就要把月经卫生常识讲给她听。月经是妇女子宫内膜周期性脱落流血的一种生理现象。
Adolescence is a more important period of a woman’s life and generally refers to a girl between the ages of thirteen and eighteen. During this period, the girl’s body and reproductive organs developed very fast. By the age of eighteen, they entered the sexual maturity, that is, the adulthood. When her daughter is ten years old, her mother should tell her about menstrual hygiene. Menstruation is a woman’s endometrial shedding bleeding a physiological phenomenon.
