目的观察扶正祛瘀结合西医常规疗法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分治疗组和对照组(各30例);对照组予西医常规疗法治疗,治疗组同时加用养阴扶正、祛痰活络中药。两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效和治疗后中医证候积分变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.7%、70.0%,组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分均明显降低(P<0.01),组间治疗后及治疗前后积分差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论扶正祛瘀结合西医常规疗法治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuzhengquyu combined with western medicine routine therapy on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (30 cases in each group). The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbs of Yin-nourishing and expectorant. The two groups of treatment were 14 days, observe the clinical efficacy and treatment of TCM syndrome score changes. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.7% and 70.0%, respectively. There were significant differences in the curative effect between the two groups (P <0.05). The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.01) Differences in scores between groups after treatment and before and after treatment were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Fuzhengquyu combined with conventional Western medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction curative effect is exact, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
