目的:研究接骨木Sambucus williamsii Hance茎枝的化学成分。方法:采用60%乙醇提取,经D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶和ODS等柱色谱以及制备型HPLC等各种现代分离手段,对接骨木茎枝中的化学成分进行分离纯化,并用光谱学方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到了5个木脂素类和1个环烯醚萜类化合物,分别是 dehydrodiconiferyl alco-hol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),(7S, 8R)-dihydro-3’-hydroxy-8-hydroxy-methyl-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-1’-benzofuranpropanol(3),erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[2-hydroxy-4-(3-hydroxypropyl)phenoxy]-1,3-propanediol(4),threo-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[2-hydroxy-4-(3-hydroxypropyl)phenoxy]-1,3-propanediol(5),莫诺苷(6)(其中α-莫诺苷大约占70%,β-莫诺苷占 30%)。结论:化合物1、4、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2、3、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the stems of Sambucus williamsii Hance. Methods: The chemical constituents in elder stems were isolated and purified by 60% ethanol extraction, column chromatography with D101 macroporous resin, column chromatography with silica gel and ODS, and preparative HPLC. The resulting compounds were identified by structure. Results: Five lignan and one iridoid compounds were isolated and identified as dehydrodiconiferyl alco-hol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β- D-glucopyranoside (2), (7S, 8R) -dihydro-3’-hydroxy-8-hydroxy- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -2- [2-hydroxy-4- (3-hydroxypropyl) phenoxy] -1,3-propanediol ) -mono-glycoside (6) (in which α-morroniside accounts for about 70%, β-mo Nooside accounted for 30%). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 4 and 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 2, 3 and 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
