在湿法炼锌的闭路循环生产系统中,为了保持生产溶液体积的平衡和稳定,最大限度地增加各种渣子的洗涤用水量以降低渣含锌或回收含锌废水,提高金属回收率,首先必须采取蒸发溶液水分的措施。湿法炼锌工厂溶液水分蒸发的方法,一般采用真空蒸发和冷却塔蒸发。为了减少设备投资、降低成本,便于维护管理和操作,根据东北地区的气温低、空气湿度小的气象条件,我厂在中性浸出液和电解废液的冷却过程采用了蒸发冷却塔。其结构如图:
