一、鋁-62型打壳机的設計在电解鋁生产中,电解糟內电解质的表面上經常凝固一层硬壳。电解工要往电解槽中下料或熄灭阳极效应时,必須打掉硬壳。在打壳时不仅劳动强度大,而且还受到高溫和有害气体的侵袭,所以打壳工作是电解工的一項最繁重的体力劳动。鋁-62型打壳机就是为打掉这种硬壳而設計的。采用这种打壳机打壳以后,不仅減輕了电解工人的繁重体力劳动,并使打壳机手远离有害气体的高溫区,改善了劳动条件。根据实测的結果: (1)人工打壳时消耗的能量是:5,102
