进入秋冬季节,老年人急性闭角型青光眼的发病率会悄然增高。青光眼急性发作主要表现为:眼球胀痛,视力急剧下降及同侧偏头痛,甚至有恶心、呕吐、体温升高和脉搏加快等,经检查可发现眼球充血、角膜水肿、前房极浅、瞳孔变大、晶体混浊、眼压高、眼球坚硬如石。青光眼是一种常见眼病,其中急性闭角型青光眼对视力损害极为迅猛,应引起注意,做好防治准备。
