对省(部)级以上领导干部的亲属经商办企业和在中外合资或外商独资企业中任职问题中央纪委作出规定近日,经党中央批准,中央纪委发布对《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则(试行)》的补充规定,对省(部)级以上领导干部的亲属经商办企业和在中外合资或外商独资企业中任职问题作出严格规定。为从制度上预防领导干部的配偶、子女及其配偶,凭借领导干部的权力和影响谋取私利,经党中央批准,中共中央纪委于今年3月发布了《关于对〈中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则(试行)〉第五条第二款的补充规定》。规定指出:“省(部)级以上领导干部的配偶、子女及其配偶,不准在该领导干部管辖的地区及管辖的业务范围的中外合资企业中接受外方委派或者推荐出任董事长、副董事长、董事及总经理、副总经理等高级职位。” 此前,中央纪委于去年3月发布的《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则(试行)》第五条第二款曾规定:省(部)级以上领导干部的配偶、子女及其配偶,不准在该领导干部管辖的地区及管辖的业务范围个人经商办企业和在外商独资企业任职。
Provisions of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of Relatives of Leading Cadres at the Provincial (ministerial) Level for Business-to-Business and Serving in Sino-Foreign Equity Joint Ventures or Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises Recently, with the approval of the Party Central Committee, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection released a number of “guidelines for the integrity of the leading cadres of the Chinese Communist Party (Provisional) ”, the relatives of leading cadres at the provincial (ministerial) level and above should make strict stipulations on the issue of holding positions in enterprises and joint ventures or wholly foreign-owned enterprises. In order to systematically prevent the spouses, children and their spouses of leading cadres from exploiting the power and influence of leading cadres, and with the approval of the Central Party Committee, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC issued a resolution in March this year on the principle of “leading cadres of the Communist Party of China A number of guidelines (pilot)> Supplementary Provisions of the second paragraph of Article V ”. The regulations stipulate: “Spouses, children and their spouses of leading cadres above the provincial (ministry) level or above shall not be allowed to be appointed or recommended by the foreign party as the chairman of the board of directors in the areas governed by the leading cadre and the Sino-foreign joint ventures under their jurisdiction, Vice Chairman, Director and General Manager, Deputy General Manager and other senior positions. ”Earlier, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection released in March last year,“ Chinese Communist Party leaders and cadres of a number of clean and honest administration (Trial) ”Article V of the second paragraph of the provisions : Spouses and children of leading cadres above the provincial (ministry) level and their spouses shall not be allowed to run their own businesses or work in wholly foreign-owned enterprises in the areas governed by the leading cadres and in the businesses under their jurisdiction.
