目的:观察夏芩颗粒对更年期高血压的治疗作用。方法:选择雌性老年大鼠,用噪音刺激结合光照的复合刺激法进行造模,观察夏芩颗粒对大鼠外观性情、收缩压的影响。结果:应激刺激后,模型组、夏苓组、阳性药对照组收缩压在第7天均小幅上升,第14天上升幅度较大,到第18天基本达到峰值,而后基本维持峰值不变。至给药第2周,夏苓组和阳性药物对照组大鼠收缩压均降至正常值。夏芩颗粒具有明显改善老年雌性大鼠外观性情作用,并且能降低血压。结论:夏芩颗粒对雌性老年大鼠高血压具有治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaqin granule on climacteric hypertension. Methods: Female aged rats were selected and stimulated by noise stimulus combined with light. The effects of Xiaqin granule on appearance and systolic pressure of rats were observed. Results: The systolic blood pressure in the model group, the XiaLing group and the positive drug control group increased slightly on the 7th day after the stress stimulation, increased greatly on the 14th day, basically reached the peak on the 18th day, and then remained basically unchanged . By the second week of administration, the systolic blood pressure in both the XiaLing group and the positive drug control group dropped to normal values. Xiaqian Granules can significantly improve the appearance of the elderly female rats Mute, and can reduce blood pressure. Conclusion: Xiaqin Granules has a therapeutic effect on the hypertension of female old rats.
