习近平总书记曾在中纪委会议上强调:“要加强对权力运行的制约和监督,把权力关进制度的笼子里,形成不敢腐的惩戒机制、不能腐的防范机制、不易腐的保障机制。”那么如何进一步推进供电企业内部权力制约机制改革,实现企业内部力量整合,最终实现企业改革的总体推进,这是摆在我们纪检监察人员面前的一个战略性课题。下面就供电企业的人事、工程管理、权力制约制度建设以及监督机制等方面,谈一下个人见解。
