中共十七届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》是指导当前和今后一个时期反腐倡廉建设的纲领性文件。其主要历史贡献是,要求科学判断反腐倡廉建设的形势,在宏观的社会历史背景下认真对待反腐倡廉建设,突出深化改革和制度创新在反腐倡廉建设中的战略地位,切实加快推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设,深入部署新形势下开展反腐倡廉建设的任务。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Party Building under the New Situation” passed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee is a programmatic document that guides the current and future anti-corruption campaign. Its main historical contribution is to require scientifically judging the situation in combating corruption and building a clean government. We must take seriously the anti-corruption and advocacy of clean government in the macro-social and historical context, highlight the strategic position of deepening reform and system innovation in the fight against corruption and building a clean government, and earnestly speed up the punishment. And the establishment of a system to prevent corruption, and to carry out the task of fighting corruption and building a clean government honestly in the new situation.
