实际生产挤压管形或管材件时常伴有管壁弯曲,影响产品的外观质量,对于有平直度要求的零件成品率非常低。运用Deform-3D软件,对1060铝薄壁矩形管的成形过程进行模拟分析影响管壁平直度的因素,为模具设计与生产工艺提供参考依据。实验在室温20℃,固体粉末润滑剂,2000 k N液压机设备环境下进行,在实验之前需要对坯料进行皂化处理。通过实体挤压件与模拟件的对比分析以及对实体件管壁壁厚的测量,发现实体件管壁平直度较模拟件弯曲并且壁厚不均匀。改变上、下模相对位置关系,上模中心向下模中心左边偏离0.2 mm,使得上、下模之间间隙不均匀。通过模拟结果分析表明,上、下模间隙不均匀是影响管壁平直度与壁厚不均匀的一个重要因素,而挤压速度对管壁的平直度影响不大,为实际生产和模具安装精度要求提供了参考。

The simulation results show that the unevenness of the upper and lower die gap is an important factor that affects the straightness of the pipe wall and the uneven thickness of the pipe wall. However, the extrusion speed has little effect on the straightness of the pipe wall, Installation accuracy requirements provide a reference.
