对1 mm厚温轧AZ31镁合金薄板进行快速退火处理,退火温度350~500℃,保温时间0.5~60 min,研究了不同快速退火工艺下材料力学性能与微观组织的变化。结果表明:在退火温度为350~500℃时,保温时间为0.5~1 min即可使材料的伸长率大幅提高;在退火过程中,材料经亚动态再结晶、静态再结晶和长大3个阶段,其中亚动态再结晶阶段时间较短,约0.5~1 min,此阶段对材料力学性能的变化起主要影响。
The rapid thermal annealing of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet with a thickness of 1 mm was carried out. The annealing temperature was 350-500 ℃ and the holding time was 0.5-60 min. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet under different rapid annealing processes were investigated. The results show that when the annealing temperature is between 350 and 500 ℃, the elongation of the material can be greatly increased by holding time of 0.5 ~ 1 min. During the annealing process, the material undergoes sub-dynamic recrystallization, static recrystallization and growth In this phase, the dynamic recrystallization phase of Asia is short, about 0.5 ~ 1 min, which has a major influence on the mechanical properties of the material.
