二战以来,各发达国家无不根据新的形势要求对成人教育管理体制进行改革。由于各国经济发展水平的不同以及社会文化背景的差异,其成人教育改革的出发点也不尽相同,改革举措各具特色。尽管如此,各发达国家在成人教育管理体制方面呈法制化、民生化、均权化、专业化和科学化之势,可以说,各发达国家对成人教育管理体制进行改革的基本方向是正确的,改革也是颇有成效的。我们要借鉴、学习世界各国,特别是发达国家成人教育管理改革与发展的经验,将我国成人教育事业乃至整个教育事业推向前进。
