本文定义了计算机网络路由选择与流量控制算法的联合控制变量。建立了路选及流控控制器的摄动迭代算式和联合控制变量的摄动估计算式，将网络参数的微小摄动映射成节点信包队长的有限摄动，在各种负载条件和参数摄动环境下，分析计算机网络性能灵敏度。
This paper defines the joint control variables of computer network routing and traffic control algorithms.
