目的:探讨补肾活血方药对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)模型大鼠体内胚胎着床发育的作用及机理。方法:通过建立大鼠自体移植法子宫内膜异位症模型,观察模型组、伪手术组、补肾活血方药高、中、低剂量组及阳性药(孕三烯酮)组模型大鼠体内卵泡发育数、活胎数的变化,对VEGF、TNF-α、PR、P、E2等与生殖相关的内分泌指标进行检测和分析。结果:与模型组比较,补肾活血方药各剂量组EMS大鼠的体内卵泡发育数及活胎数均明显增加,且能降低血清中VEGF、TNF-α水平,增加在位子宫中PR的含量。结论:补肾活血方药能促进EMS模型大鼠卵泡发育,提高胚胎着床能力和活胎数,其主要作用机理可能与降低血清中VEGF、TNF-α水平及提高在位子宫中PR的含量相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on embryonic implantation in endometriosis (EMS) rat model. METHODS: By establishing an autotransplantation endometriosis model in rats, the follicles in rats of the model group, sham operation group, high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of Bushen Huoxue Decoction group and positive drug (gestrinone) group were observed. Changes in the number of developments and live births, and the detection and analysis of endocrine markers related to reproduction, such as VEGF, TNF-α, PR, P, E2, etc. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the number of follicles developed and the number of living fetuses in the EMS rats in each dose group of Bushen Huoxue Recipe were significantly increased, and the levels of VEGF and TNF-α in the serum could be reduced, and the PR content in the uterus was increased. Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Decoction can promote follicular development in EMS rat model, increase fetal implantation ability and number of live fetus. The main mechanism of action may be related to the decrease of serum VEGF, TNF-α levels and increase of PR content in uterus.
