The author from the December 2001 conclusion of the National Personnel Scientific Research Review Conference was informed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Secretary-General, Personnel and Education Bureau He Yan Ren task force, personnel education bureau and the Continuing Education Division to organize research soft topics “Chinese Academy of Sciences Continuing Education Development Planning Research ”and" Chinese Academy of Sciences Overseas Talents and Continuing Education Interactive Information Web site and network-based database management
