August 21, 2002, commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Agricultural Mechanization Management Division, sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture Agricultural Experiment Station, China Consumer Association Agricultural Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Station and Inner Mongolia Agricultural Machinery Identification Station in collaboration with the “2002 National Agricultural Product Quality Complaint Services Training class ”held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia.
