采用一次进给多模变薄自动拉伸机制造温控器波纹管薄壁管坯大大提高了生产效率。然而薄壁管坯卸料装置的可靠性却直接影响着该设备效率的发挥。本文分析了原有卸料装置的不足,并重新进行了设计。新装置运行结果令人满意。
The use of a single feed multi-mode thinning automatic stretching machine manufacturing thermostat bellows thin-walled tube greatly enhance the production efficiency. However, the reliability of thin-walled tube unloading device has a direct impact on the efficiency of the equipment to play. This article analyzes the shortcomings of the original unloading device, and re-design. The new device is working satisfactorily.
