目的 观察Captopril 对心肌梗塞大鼠血流动力学和心脏形态学的影响,以探讨左室重构的机制;方法 选用大鼠心肌梗塞模型,分为心肌梗塞组、梗塞给药组和假手术组。梗塞前3 天开始饲以Captopril(2g/L) ;结果 心梗后左室重量指数及左室腔半径分别比假手术组增加10 .4 % 和24 .5 % , 使用Cap 后左室腔半径降低12 .7 % ; 心梗后LVEDP明显增加,使用Captopril 后使LVEDP明显降低,亦使MAP、LVSP及±dp/dtmax 降低( P< 0 .01) ;结论 心梗后应用Captopril 可以减轻左室重构,改善心功能。
Objective To observe the effect of captopril on the hemodynamics and cardiac morphology in rats with myocardial infarction and to explore the mechanism of left ventricular remodeling. Methods The model of myocardial infarction in rats was divided into myocardial infarction group, infarction group and sham operation group . Captopril (2 g / L) was given 3 days before infarction. Results Left ventricular mass index and left ventricular cavity radius increased by 10% after MI. 4% and 24. 5%, using Cap reduced the radius of the left ventricular cavity 12. (P <0.01); Conclusions The use of Captopril after myocardial infarction can reduce left ventricular weight Structure, improve heart function.
