专业教学团队,不仅承担了专业教学工作,还要负责专业人才培养方案的制定与实施、专业教学资源的完善、专业研究与社会服务等各方面的工作,是专业建设的主力军。本文从潍坊职业学院专业教学团队建设的实践出发,阐述专业教学团队师资队伍的建设以及提升教学能力、职业实践能力、社会服务能力的措施和途径。
Professional teaching team not only undertakes professional teaching work, but also is responsible for the formulation and implementation of professional personnel training programs, improvement of professional teaching resources, professional research and social services, and is the main force for professional construction. Based on the practice of professional teaching team construction in Weifang Vocational College, this article elaborates the construction of teaching staff of professional teaching team and the measures and ways of improving teaching ability, professional practice ability and social service ability.
